Refund Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid SlabWorthie plans. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period (for example, monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
14-day satisfaction window
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of that initial charge and we will issue a full refund of that charge. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription, not to subsequent renewals.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your billing period ends. If a renewal charged unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.
What is not refundable
- Charges older than 14 days, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
Estimates are not refundable outcomes
SlabWorthie provides automated estimates, not professional grades. A difference between our estimate and a third-party grading company’s result is not, on its own, a basis for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which charge you would like refunded. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.
