Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SlabWorthie. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SlabWorthie.

What SlabWorthie is

SlabWorthie is a pre-grading tool. You upload photos or scans of trading cards and we produce estimates of attributes such as centering, along with optional visual surface reveals. These results are automated approximations generated from your images.

Not a professional grade

SlabWorthie results are not professional grades and are not a guarantee of any outcome. We are independent and not affiliated with PSA, Beckett (BGS), SGC, CGC, TAG, or any other grading company. Our estimates may differ from the grades those companies assign. The surface reveal is a visualization to help you inspect a card and is not a surface score or a finding. Do not rely on SlabWorthie as the sole basis for buying, selling, or submitting a card for grading.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the images and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to upload.
• Resell or misrepresent SlabWorthie estimates as official grades.

Paid plans

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles, and what is included are presented at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that estimates will be correct or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabWorthie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on our estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using SlabWorthie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
